Refund Policy

At Love Law, our goal is to provide helpful and reliable lawyer-matching services. Because we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation, our refund policy applies only to payments made directly to Love Law for our referral or matching services—not to any fees paid to attorneys or law firms.

Please read this policy carefully.

1. No Refund for Completed Referral Services

Once we have:

  • processed your inquiry,

  • reviewed your case information, and

  • provided one or more Legal Professional recommendations or referrals,

the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Our service consists of the time, work, and resources spent connecting you with suitable attorneys. We cannot guarantee that:

  • an attorney will accept your case,

  • you will be satisfied with the attorney, or

  • your legal matter will reach any specific outcome.

Refunds are not provided based on the results of your legal case.

 

2. Refunds for Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you are charged twice in error or unintentionally submit duplicate payments, you may request a refund within 7 days. We will verify the duplicate transaction and issue a refund for the mistaken payment.

 

3. Refunds for Technical Errors

If a technical error on our end prevents us from delivering our referral service (for example, an unexplained system failure), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We will either:

  • complete the service at no additional cost, or

  • issue a full refund.

This does not apply if the issue results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

 

4. No Refunds for Attorney Fees

Any fees paid directly to a Legal Professional (attorney or law firm) are not covered under this policy. You must review the attorney’s own billing policies, retainer agreements, or refund terms. We do not control or influence attorney billing practices.

 

5. Service Ineligibility Due to User-Provided Information

We rely on accurate information from you. If:

  • information you provide is false, incomplete, or misleading, and

  • this results in us being unable to complete a referral,

we are not obligated to issue a refund.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name

  • Date of purchase

  • Payment method

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7–14 business days.

 

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
